Amy is a joy to work with-smart, professional and very service oriented and willing to answer any question. I am impressed with the natural methods in how the Cattle are raised, and the care of the land. I am also impressed on how particular Amy is, down to where and how the beef is processed. Buying beef that I know comes from a single source makes me feel more confident about the handling of the beef and the quality of the finished product.
